I encountered several issues during my stay. The check-in process was unreasonably long, and after finally getting to my room, I was disappointed to find it dirty, with grimy corners and stained coverlets. Additionally, I had to deal with noisy neighbors and the frustration of waiting for new towels after the toilet overflowed, which added to my overall dissatisfaction.

I stayed here for a quick transit stop and appreciated the reasonable prices. The air conditioning worked well, which was a blessing after a long day of travel. While the cleanliness could be improved, the location was convenient with parks and shopping nearby, making it an okay choice for a short stay with the family.

Consider asking for an upgrade upon check-in. staff are accommodating and may offer complimentary room enhancements.

I loved how clean and well-maintained my room was during my stay in the Superior King Room! The comfortable bed made for a restful night, and the pet-friendly vibe was just perfect for traveling with my furry friend. Plus, the location is a breeze to access from I10, making it super convenient!

The maintenance guy was not only professional but also hilarious, which really lightened the mood during my stay. Try asking the front desk for local dining recommendations to make the most of your visit.

The hotel had a nice family vibe, and we appreciated the large rooms and strong water pressure in the shower. We spent time at the nearby Crooked Tree Golf Course, which was a hit with the kids. Overall, it was a good family-friendly stay.

My wife says that cleaning could be improved for families with children.

Stayed in the Superior King Room. It was clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfy! The vibe was pretty nice, and I loved that the location was close to Saguaro National Park. No complaints about the room itself, really helped make the stay enjoyable.
