I recently stayed at the Renaissance in Indian Wells for a relaxing 3-day weekend with my family. The view from our room was truly breathtaking, overlooking the surrounding mountains. The spacious rooms and comfy beds provided a perfect space to unwind. The hotel grounds were immaculately maintained, with beautiful pools and plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The availability of bikes at the front of the hotel was a great touch, allowing us to explore the area easily. The fitness classes offered were also top-notch, adding an extra level of enjoyment to our stay.

The bell hop was super friendly and helpful, the grounds and pools were beautiful, and the hotel was conveniently located near a tennis facility. The pizza/Italian restaurant was great and the waitress provided excellent service. The shuttle to the tennis stadium was comfortable and the female driver was professional yet fun.

I recently had a fantastic stay at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa for a weekend getaway. The breakfast at CAVA restaurant was top-notch, with delicious food and quick seating. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The room and bathroom were lovely, and the pool area was great for relaxing. The views from the sixth floor were stunning, especially with a pool view. it was a wonderful stay and I can't wait to come back when the weather is perfect for swimming.

We have been regular guests at this luxurious 4-star hotel and we have always had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and large flat-screen TVs. The food at the restaurant is top-notch, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

This hotel is in a great location and is a fantastic place to catch some sun. The pool area is large and has a beautiful water feature. The bar is decent and the staff is extremely professional. The rooms have all the necessary amenities and the service is top-notch. We enjoyed the spa and wellness center, especially the jacuzzi and massage. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace are perfect for relaxing. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in public areas and the staff is available 24/7. this place is a great choice for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The rooms could use some improvement, as the carpets were stained and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. However, these minor issues did not affect our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

The golf course was a dream for a golfer like me. The rooms were beautiful and the pool was simply fantastic. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Although my room faced the golf course, I didn't have any trouble with noise. The resort took care of any potential disruptions by ensuring the trash truck and landscaping crew didn't disturb our sleep.

The hotel compound was well-maintained, just like other high-end hotels in the area. The convenience and quality of the food, especially breakfast at the Cava restaurant, were exceptional. The wait staff was friendly and helpful, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

The sushi bar was great, and all the staff, including the housekeeping personnel, were well trained and informed. The rooms were spacious with a large smart TV and strong Wi-Fi. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The hotel's meeting room facilities were top-notch, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The security staff was skilled at managing large crowds while still making guests feel at ease. Kids would love the large swimming pool with a sand beach and palm trees.

It was the perfect place to relax and have fun. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, offering beautiful views and a convenient distance from key attractions. Moreover, we were pleasantly surprised to find paid wifi, which made our stay much more enjoyable.

The food at the hotel was not up to par. The quality of the food was simply not very good, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
