I almost thought this hotel was decent, until I encountered poorly trained staff. Our dinner took forever, and no one even checked on us! Plus, the pool area was full of rowdy kids from a tournament. I expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but I guess those things only happen to 'special' guests. won’t be back.

I had a delightful two-night stay at the Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a nice selection that made mornings enjoyable. I particularly liked the cozy atmosphere where I could relax with family and friends while having breakfast. The room itself was spacious, featuring a large comfy bed and a private bathroom equipped with great shower options.

But my room wasn't made up until late afternoon. The staff was very courteous and efficient. The hotel had a great coffee bar and a nice workout facility, and it was clean and quiet overnight.

The King Room was super comfortable with a large bed and private bathroom. Amenities included a flat-screen TV, coffee machine, and free toiletries. Loved the indoor swimming pool and fitness centre. The complimentary evening snacks and drinks in the lounge were a great surprise. Staff were helpful, especially during breakfast, which had a nice selection.

i had a great stay at renaissance! the staff were super courteous and efficient, making me feel welcome. the hotel was clean and quiet. It was conveniently located near a variety of restaurants. the workout facility was impressive, and i really enjoyed the coffee bar, too!

I had a corner room with a view from two sides. Watching the lightning storm was a highlight. The shower had both a rain shower head and a handheld wand, which I appreciated. However, I noticed there was no housekeeping during my stay due to staff shortages. I had to request more coffee and toiletries, but the front desk was accommodating. My partner and I enjoyed the space and comfort, especially the pillowtop mattress.
