The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially loved the pool area. The parking, although a bit expensive, was convenient. The location was perfect as it was within easy walking distance to everything we wanted to explore. And the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.

Our experience at Renaissance was excellent. The staff were well-trained and professional, always welcoming any questions we had. The location was perfect, close to the Long Beach Convention Center. We felt safe and secure with the various security features in place. The hotel rooms were very nice, with great views. a fantastic stay.

We had a blast at the Ren! Amazing customer service, clean rooms, and a great location close to the event we attended. The view from the upper floors was stunning. Plus, the fridge in the room was super convenient for our family with kids.

The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to shoreline Village, downtown shopping, and restaurants. The staff was incredibly helpful and the parking was convenient. The bed and bedding were exceptionally comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.

I recently stayed at this hotel after a 3-year break and I was pleasantly surprised. The room upgrades were fantastic, making my stay much more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was great, as it was within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, stores, and the beach. The hotel itself was clean and modern, with a nice inside bar. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job replenishing towels and keeping the room tidy every day. I also appreciated the convenience of the parking garage and the Starbucks on-site.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the harbour and beach. The views of the Queen Mary were breathtaking. I also enjoyed dining at Parkers Lighthouse restaurant, which is conveniently located on the harbour. There were plenty of shopping options nearby, including a cinema and clothing stores. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even when I lost my room key. They quickly provided me with a new one. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it ready for check-in earlier than expected. a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in Long Beach. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the Pike, which was awesome. We loved being close to great restaurants, stores, and the beach. The hotel itself was clean and fancy, with an inside bar that added to the luxurious experience. The view from our room was absolutely gorgeous, and we can't wait to come back and experience it again. The staff were exceptionally kind, courteous, and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. we had a wonderful time at this hotel and highly recommend it to our friends.

There were some negatives during my stay. The king size bed in the room was rather small, leading me to believe that I may have been placed in a queen-size room.

I had a fantastic stay at the Renaissance! The front desk service was truly above and beyond. Just like Timothy, who helped us check in and made sure we got into our room earlier than expected. The hotel itself is in a great location, close to attractions and with comfortable rooms. The bar served delicious cocktails and the bar food was great too. it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure visits. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for future stays.
