The on-site restaurant served delicious food and there's a new "lounge" area that is great for relaxing or working. I also noticed that the hotel offered shuttle service to pick up guests from the cruise port. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast had a variety of options, which I appreciated. In addition, there were free laundry machines available on the second floor.

I did notice that staff seemed indifferent to some guests' concerns, which was frustrating.
