We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean, including the bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had the best night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a relaxing outdoor fire pit and a clean and warm pool. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we felt well taken care of. We also loved the location of this hotel, set in a beautiful and tranquil setting not far from the airport.

The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we checked in, they made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The service at the on-site restaurant was excellent, and the food was delicious. We also loved the beautiful grounds of the hotel, it felt like a secluded oasis.

The only downside was the lack of nearby restaurants. While the on-site dining options were great, it would have been nice to have more choices in the area.

I got great value for my money at Renaissance in White Plains! The room was cozy and clean, and the location was convenient for accessing NYC by train. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome during my stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short drive across a beautiful bridge. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing excellent service. We were impressed by the room amenities, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The room was spacious and clean, with a cozy sitting area and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar area, where we had a great time and were treated with friendly and accommodating service. The highlight of our stay was the leisure swimming pool, which was indoor and heated, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The Crab and Salmon Napoleon at the hotel restaurant was delicious. Guest parking in the back was convenient. Beds and showers were nice. Good location near highways. Affordable price.

My experience at this hotel was great! the staff was amazing, they went out of their way to accommodate us, especially when the system was down during our stay. the room was comfortable, the bed was so cozy that we didn't want to leave it. the lobby was beautifully decorated and the grounds were surrounded by a calming wooded area. One of the best parts was the complimentary shuttle provided by the kind and helpful staff member, Irving, despite the bad weather.

Although the restaurant at the hotel was good, it would have been nicer to have more dinner options in the area. Also, we would have liked more control over the temperature in the room, including the ability to adjust the fan.

The hotel grounds were beautiful and tastefully decorated. the room was spacious and had picturesque views. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, situated between two train stations, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

There were a few letdowns during my stay. the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas left much to be desired, with areas not being vacuumed or dusted throughout my entire stay.
