The hotel is great with many options for a family vacation. The rooms were perfect for our family of 7, very clean and spacious. The location was outstanding, close to everything, and an easy walk to Disneyland. The staff were nice and the breakfast was amazing, a great way to start the day without having to search for a place to eat.

The breakfast at Residence Inn was delicious and satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for our stay. The hotel's pool area was well-maintained and a great place to unwind after a long day. We also appreciated the convenience of the laundry facility, which came in handy with our three kids. our experience at Residence Inn was fantastic and we would definitely consider staying there again.

The value for our money was unbeatable, so we decided to extend our stay for three more nights. The room was spacious enough for six people and the fully equipped kitchen was fantastic for in-room dining. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and even made a birthday gift basket for my daughter who was celebrating her 7th Birthday.

This hotel is amazing! The location is excellent, close to the theme park and restaurants. The service is very flexible and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. Everything was perfect with the room, bathroom, and breakfast. The room was set up like an apartment with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job disinfecting the room.

The elevator could use an upgrade.

We had a wonderful time at Residence Inn. The highlight of our stay was being able to see the fireworks from our room. The hotel's convenient location near Disneyland and the convention center made it easy for us to explore the area. The kitchen in our room was stocked with everything we needed, and the big fridge was a bonus.

We had an amazing time at the hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel had everything we needed for our stay with our young family. The pool, ping pong, and basketball court provided great entertainment for the kids. Plus, the hotel organized movie nights and had free food like ice cream and nachos on different nights. The location was convenient, with many good restaurants nearby. There was also a supermarket just across the road. The hotel provided transportation to the amusement park for a small fee, which was very convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the breakfast bar was phenomenal. The staff members named Erica, Rocio, Gris, and Edith stood out for their exceptional service.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the comfortable beds and the spacious living room area in our two-bedroom suite. It was perfect for our family to gather, hang out, and play games. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, making us feel welcome and right at home. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served outside, which set the right tone for our day. The lady in charge of the breakfast was cheerful and efficient, ensuring we had everything we needed.

There were a few negative aspects of our experience. the parking situation was quite limited, and it would be beneficial if the hotel had a parking structure for guests.

Nothing not to like.

The rooms were spacious and well, equipped, with two queen beds and a pullout couch. the hotel's location was convenient, with drug stores and groceries nearby. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was a highlight, serving a variety of fresh food including real eggs, sausage, potatoes, and fresh fruit.

The exercise room was lacking, with only a few machines and weights. the hotel did not enforce quiet hours, leading to noise disturbances from other guests, especially teenagers outside late at night.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel during our recent family trip. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and shops in the area. The staff provided excellent service and were always ready to help us. The pool and jacuzzi were a great way to unwind after a long day at the amusement park. We also appreciated the information about local activities that was provided.

Although there weren't many on-site entertainment options, we still recommend this hotel to others. The comfortable bed and room made us feel right at home.
