We traveled to Baltimore for a concert and stayed at the Residence Inn for 2 nights. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us an early check-in and an upgrade when our original room wasn't available. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast staff was great, and though the options could have had more protein and gluten-free choices, it was overall satisfactory. The location was convenient for exploring the city without needing a car.

The hotel provided a comfortable stay with a full kitchen and pull out couch. the complimentary breakfast was satisfying, including eggs, sausage, potatoes and waffles. the hotel had a convenient location, handy to the harbor and within reach of an Uber.

The surrounding area was a bit sketchy, with constant sirens and begging from people outside the hotel.

The hotel had a great location, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. I particularly liked that there was a Whole Foods nearby, making it convenient to grab quick snacks or necessities. The rooms were a decent size and the beds were comfortable. The TV had a nice selection of channels, which was great for those times when I wanted to relax in the room. The high-speed internet was reliable and there were plenty of USB ports, which was useful for charging my devices. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was fairly quiet and I didn't hear much road noise.

There were some negative aspects to my stay. One thing that bothered me was the high pet fee of $100.

We also loved the valet option and the convenience of texting for our car. our experience here exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back!
