We loved the Residence Inn in Bangor! The bed was amazing and the room was absolutely beautiful. The full kitchen in our room was a great convenience for our family with children. The on-site laundry facilities were a pleasant surprise and made our trip even more convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and even provided complimentary laundry detergent. The hotel had a bright and open suite-style room with a kitchen, which was perfect for our family. The restaurant on premises was amazing and the complimentary continental breakfast had a variety of hot and cold options, including healthy choices. If this hotel were in downtown Portland or downtown Boston, we would have chosen it over the luxury hotels we stayed in during our trip.

The staff were friendly and provided great service, especially James at the front desk and our server, Katia. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with nice amenities including a kitchen. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast which was included in the price. this hotel offered great value for money and attention to detail.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was great and the shower was accessible and roomy. Plus, they are pet-friendly, so we were able to bring our 5 lb dog, which is not easy to find in hotels. We really appreciated that. The hotel is conveniently located near an event at the arena across the street, and there is parking available. Additionally, there is a restaurant nearby that we enjoyed walking to. The breakfast was not available when we left early in the morning, but the front desk staff kindly offered to get us something to eat before we left. That was exceptional customer service!

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the beds were comfortable. We also loved that it was within walking distance to the concert venue. The Timber restaurant on-site was highly recommended and provided an excellent dining experience. we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The parking can be a bit challenging when the hotel is busy. Additionally, we had some disappointment with the restaurant where we had cold food and a bad cut of meat.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say I was impressed. the location was great- right in the heart of downtown with free parking around the premises. The rooms were well-equipped with nice amenities including a kitchen and complimentary breakfast, which was really delicious. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and attentive to every need and request that we had. And lastly, the value for money was truly exceptional- it’s affordable with excellent services.

Parking was awful due to an event in the nearby arena, leaving no space for paying customers. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was completely disgusting, with black hairs on the pillow and sheet, holes in the sheets, a thick layer of filth on top of the refrigerator, and a funky smell inside.
