The manager, once again, went out of his way to help us, arranging for a hotel employee to jump-start our car. This level of assistance, especially as a solo traveler, was incredibly appreciated. Every person we encountered at the hotel greeted us warmly and offered their help. It's rare to find such outstanding customer service nowadays, and we left Residence Inn completely satisfied. we highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional customer service.
