I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for our annual shopping adventure with my group of 4 ladies. We always enjoy our stay here and that's why we keep coming back. The staff here is amazing, especially when it comes to taking care of my father who has memory issues. They went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable and even gave us a room close to the lobby on the first floor. They greeted us daily and made my father feel special on his 80th birthday. When we had to leave early due to his anxiety, they didn't charge us for the extra night. The location is perfect and the beds are comfortable, although the pillows could use replacing. I would definitely recommend this centrally located hotel to anyone!

The hotel was like staying in a condo, with a kitchen, living room with fireplace, and two bedrooms. the space was clean and nicely furnished. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including cereals, eggs, sausage, and waffles. the staff was excellent and the hotel was conveniently located near the highway and university.

Some guests seemed to be living at the hotel long-term, which affected the hotel's atmosphere. Noise from children playing outside the units was disruptive.
