Our recent stay at Residence Inn was a great experience overall. The location was ideal, close to downtown attractions and the Marta station for easy transportation. The staff was warm, friendly, and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast had a good selection and was not too crowded. We also enjoyed the social gathering and snacks offered in the evenings. The kitchen facility in our studio room was well-equipped, which was a convenient feature.

There was some construction happening around the hotel during weekdays, which made it less peaceful during the day. Additionally, I had booked a studio room with a couch bed and a balcony, but upon arrival, I was informed that these rooms were not available.

Every staff member was welcoming and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was a great perk. The room had a full kitchen with a stove top and microwave, perfect for quick meals. The hotel is conveniently located near attractions like Piedmont Park and Georgia Tech, with restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance.

The hotel had spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchenette, which was a great convenience. the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive. I also enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it was within walking distance to various restaurants and shops. Additionally, there was a nice seafood bar nearby that served delicious shrimp and crab.

One drawback was the noisy air conditioning and fridge, which could be bothersome for light sleepers. the parking was also a hassle, as it was small and difficult to maneuver, with an additional fee.

The property is nice, quiet, and centrally located downtown. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room is cozy, comfortable, and clean with studio apartment-like appliances. The hotel gets 5 stars and I highly recommend it. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The bathroom had a weird smell and there was some mold in the shower. the parking was too expensive and the spots were not well lit and overcrowded.

The staff is very friendly, attentive to detail and always happy to help, the rooms on the lower floors with balcony are spacious, clean and a great bonus. Plus, the breakfast included multiple options to please everyone.
