This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. First of all, the location was very convenient, just a short 15-minute walk or a quick 3-minute drive to downtown Bellevue. It was also easily accessible from the highway and there was a Metro bus station nearby, making it easy to explore the area.

All was well, nothing to complain about.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the modernized decor. We also appreciated the easy access to the highway, allowing us to conveniently explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the friendly and accommodating front desk staff made us feel welcome and valued as guests.

The selection was limited and the hot dishes lacked flavor and appeal. The lack of variety and quality in the breakfast was a letdown.

The hotel had a nice and clean property, and the staff at the front desk were patient and helpful. I also enjoyed the free hot breakfast in the morning and the spacious and clean room.

I was disappointed that the pool was under repair and I couldn't use it. Additionally, the breakfast options were not satisfactory, with limited cereal and baked goods choices.

The room was quiet with a park view. Comfortable bed made for a great sleep. Great advantage for people with sleeping disorders. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Pool for the kids. Adjoining rooms for families. Well-stocked rooms with a full kitchen. TVs that swivel 360 degrees for convenience. Close proximity to downtown area. Decent hot and cold breakfast. Free WiFi.

Felt very at home, nothing to complain about.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and we loved having a kitchenette in our room. The fitness room and indoor pool were great amenities. While there wasn't much within walking distance, it was just a short ride to Downtown Bellevue or Microsoft with Uber/Lyft. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were outstanding. The location was perfect as it was close to a shopping mall with various restaurants and also conveniently close to everything in the Bellevue area. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

We loved the well-designed room with a functional kitchen and well-stocked facilities, perfect for couples. The exceptional service provided by the staff, from cooking breakfast to driving us to the mall, left us with more time to enjoy our stay. The shuttle service and laundry facilities also saved us money.

We had a fantastic stay at Residence Inn! The hotel itself is very nice, with a large and open layout. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the environment was inviting. The shuttle service was consistently timely and convenient. The room was attractive, comfortable, and clean. We loved the well-behaved dogs that we saw other guests walking around. it felt like a home away from home during our 10-day stay.
