The staff is amazing, always willing to help out in any way they can. the location is super convenient, especially if you're visiting loved ones in Big Sky or need to be close to MSU. the breakfast waffles are a hit, and the spacious rooms with a kitchenette are perfect for families like mine.

The coffee situation can be hit or miss , sometimes it's not as hot or readily available as one would hope for that morning pick, me, up. the cleanliness has slipped a bit over the years, with some instances of overlooked items in the rooms and common areas.

Great value for the money, spacious rooms for families, close to university, and staff went above and beyond.

The breakfast option could be improved with more gluten-free choices.

I always return for my city trip. First stay staff helped with luggage. Perfect stay with Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, bar, fitness center, indoor pool. Everything I need, like laundry and business center. I have no regrets staying here.
