I loved the location of this hotel, it was close to downtown and many restaurants. The rooms were spacious and included a kitchen with all the essentials, a good bed, and everything was clean. The breakfast was included and had great options.

I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Orlando and I had a great experience. the hotel offers excellent value for money with reasonable prices for the quality of the stay. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met. Additionally, the rooms were well-appointed with all the essentials and had good facilities, including a comfortable bed and a kitchenette. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect. It was right off the expressway, making it convenient for travel, and it was also in the heart of downtown, close to all the action.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

We loved the brand new room with its spacious layout and great lighting. The hotel's amenities were a pleasant surprise, with free coffee in the lobby and a delicious complimentary breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with maps and transportation options to the nearby concert venue. The location of the hotel was ideal, right off the expressway and in the heart of downtown.

Recently stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen. They provided a crib, baby shampoo, lotion, and a bath toy for our baby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was better than nearby restaurants. Convenient small market. Great location near Lake Eola. highly recommended.

We loved the spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup of the hotel room, perfect for our family and the extra bathroom was a blessing with three teenage boys. The additional space was also a major plus.

Loved the spacious and clean rooms, with comfortable beds and a separate lounge area. the kitchen was well-equipped with a large fridge and microwave, which was really convenient. the hotel's location on Main Street was perfect, with easy access to downtown and the CBD. Parking in the garage was available, and the staff was polite and responsive. Additionally, the complimentary snacks and drinks from Monday to Wednesday were a great added bonus.

There was some noise from the construction happening around the hotel, but it didn't bother us much. However, the air conditioning system in our room was quite noisy throughout the night, which was a bit annoying.

I recently stayed at Residence Inn for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near some great restaurants, such as Reyes Mezcaleria, and also close to the Lake area. The room was very clean, updated, and spacious. I loved having a mini kitchen and the bathroom was a great size with a nice shower. The hotel offered free amenities like coffee in the lobby 24/7 and the free breakfast was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was spacious and beautifully decorated. Its location in downtown was convenient, just a short walk away from restaurants and shops. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us with our needs.

The water pressure in the hotel was quite low during our stay. This was a bit inconvenient, as it made showering less enjoyable.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I received two complementary gifts, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel's location was perfect as it was close to all the popular attractions. the staff was helpful in providing additional information about the city.

The carpet in the room was dirty, and there were several maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience. the room could have been cleaner, and it would have been nice to have more amenities available.
