We found the hotel to excel in cleanliness, with a spotless room and public areas. the location proved convenient, being close to everything we needed. Parking was easily accessible in the garage area. Staff were attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. Cons: Everything was exactly right.

Loved the full, size fridge and kitchen in the room, great for storing holiday leftovers. the cleanliness of the hotel was top, notch, which is always a bonus. the location near the freeway made it easy to get around town during the busy Christmas season.

The front desk staff were not very welcoming or friendly, which put a damper on the holiday spirit. the gym equipment was not well, maintained, with some machines out of order.

Recently opened, the hotel had a new look and fresh scent. Best Residence Inn we've stayed at. Staff was helpful and even went the extra mile to ensure payment was made. Location was convenient and the rooms were clean. Breakfast options were good, just wished the correct hours were posted. Could use more kitchenware.

Great experience at this hotel, especially considering it was only open for a week. Everything looked and smelled new. Will definitely return!
