Conveniently located off toll road, easy access to train station. Friendly and helpful staff, provided train schedule and cheap taxi service tips. Clean and comfortable room, awesome breakfast selection and daily restock of toiletries. Free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Definitely returning for my next vacation.

Awesome breakfast buffet every morning with great coffee. Happy Hour offering free beverages & appetizers was a huge perk. the location was ideal with easy access to the nearby shopping mall and freeway, it really made getting around a breeze.

The room service was hit or miss, sometimes the towels were not replaced and the room could have been cleaner. the bathroom toiletries provided were basic and there was no in-room recycling program which was a letdown.

The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast options were plentiful, including delicious chocolate croissants. One small downside was that there was a bit of difficulty finding the hotel's entrance, as the signpost was hidden at the back. A sign on the main road would have been helpful for easier access.
