The breakfast spread was large and the rooms were spacious with a mini kitchen. The location felt safe with a constable present at night. The room was always clean with daily housekeeping and the location was convenient to the airport.

The staff at this hotel were super nice and friendly, always ready to help. They made us feel welcome and provided great customer service. the convenience of having a laundry room on-site was a huge plus, as it saved us the hassle of finding a laundromat. the free breakfast and meals during the week were also a nice perk, giving us some options for quick and easy meals without having to go out.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't enjoy. the fitness center was small and not well-maintained, and there was no drinking water available.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and had everything we needed, like a fridge, stove, and microwave. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, as it was close to the highway for our daily activities. The bonus was the kitchen in the room, which allowed us to prepare meals in the comfort of our own space.

The noise from the constant airplane traffic was unbearable, especially since the hotel was directly in the flight path of one of the busiest airports. It felt like planes were flying overhead every 7-10 minutes from 5am until midnight.

During my 6-month stay, the staff at Residence Inn made me feel like part of their family. From Sandra's helpfulness to Maylene's friendly evening mixers, and Brenda and Joyce's delicious breakfast spread, every interaction was warm and welcoming. Amy at the front desk was always on top of things, ensuring my packages were ready. I will genuinely miss my Residence Inn family as I check out. They made being away from home so much easier to bear.
