The WiFi never connected and the TV in our room didn't work. the hotel was extremely noisy, with traffic sounds and noise from other guests.

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn in Highlands Ranch and was pleasantly surprised by the updated rooms. The one-bedroom suite provided the perfect amount of space for my family, allowing the kids to sleep on the pull-out sofa. Having a kitchen was a game-changer, as we were able to save money by making our own meals. The daily breakfast choices were a hit with the whole family. The location was ideal, with easy access to the highway and nearby attractions like Park Meadows Mall. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

I got great value for my money at the Residence Inn in Highlands Ranch. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for my family's Thanksgiving trip. The location was safe and the staff, especially Zach, was friendly and professional.

The menu for breakfast could use some variety. Having the same items every day got a bit tiresome.

The hotel is located in a great neighborhood with several nice restaurants within walking distance. I personally tried the Mexican restaurant up and across the street and it was fantastic.
