Accommodated our family of four with plenty of privacy. Kitchen and pool amenities were a bonus. Convenient shuttle service for in-laws. Affordable price for all the extras.

I had a fantastic stay at Residence Inn in Grand Rapids. The room was like a studio apartment, spacious and beautifully designed. The gluten-free breakfast options were a pleasant surprise. The staff, especially Ashley at the front desk, was friendly and attentive. The indoor pool was clean and a great size. I had a wonderful experience at this newer hotel and I would highly recommend it.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the staff were super friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Secondly, the room was spacious and comfortable, providing me with a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. Lastly, the location was great, albeit a bit tricky for Uber and Lyft drivers to find. Despite this minor inconvenience, I found it to be convenient for visiting local attractions such as Meijer Gardens. I had a really nice experience at this hotel.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay in this hotel! Loved the delicious breakfast, and the fact that they offered different options each day from bacon to veggie crumble. the bed was super comfortable and made it hard to leave for work. Another great thing was the location that allowed access to various important centers in the city. the complimentary chocolate tray on Christmas day was the cherry on top!

That the room lights were a bit dim. Even with all the lights on, it was still a bit dark when the privacy shade was pulled.

Lovely Property - Needs Improvement

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Residence Inn in Grand Rapids. The property is tucked away in a serene wooded area, with beautiful walking trails and a nice park. The open leisure area with a fire pit was a great place to relax. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. Although the breakfast wasn't up to the usual standard of Residence Inn, the common area was well-kept. The TV service, however, was a bit disappointing. if they improve on a few key things, like the breakfast options and TV service, this would be a great property. I would recommend it to others.
