We had a wonderful stay at this property for a tournament. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the convention center and at a great price compared to other nearby hotels. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the property was well maintained. But the highlight of our stay was the amazing assistance we received from Jamine. She went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed.

The hotel also offered free beverages and snacks during social hours on some days.

This hotel is a great option for a downtown stay. The location is just right, in the middle of downtown, with lots of restaurants within walking distance and other attractions to enjoy. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. It even had a fully equipped kitchen, which was a nice touch. The breakfast had plenty of choices and everything was delicious. The staff in the kitchen was very friendly and provided excellent service.

Minor improvements could be made in terms of housekeeping timing.

The room exceeded expectations with its size. Comfy bed and fluffy pillows. Hot breakfast offered a variety of options. Convenient location for Astros game, with nearby restaurants and stores.

It’s close to Houston’s downtown area and the accessible location to Space Center and museums makes for great day trips. The valet parking staff was polite and proactive. However, once on foot, expect to be asked for money several times in any walk during the downtown core.

Housekeeping does not always maintain the cleaning standards expected, as guests reported in different occasions.
