The AC unit in the room was noisy when it activated, which affected my sleep. There were also some issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, as I saw bugs in the kitchen and bathroom.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is situated in a nice area, right down the street from the shopping mall. Also, it is just off I-10, making it physically close to everything we needed for our holiday.

The free breakfast was not up to our expectations. The food was stale, the eggs were processed, and the coffee tasted disgusting.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value and a great room. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a kitchenette that allowed us to cook our own meals. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and professional, even during these challenging times. The pool area was a nice bonus and my son loved soaking up the sun there. it felt like staying in a cozy apartment rather than a hotel room.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was improving the quality of the eggs.

Arrived after a long drive and was greeted by a friendly staff member who offered us a complimentary glass of wine. Even though our reserved room wasn't available, they handled the situation professionally and provided excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had ample parking. I had a great stay at Residence Inn and would recommend it.

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the kitchenette with all the necessary tools to cook our own meals. The full-size fridge and little stove were a definite plus. Having the option to make our own food saved us from having to eat out every day.
