Our experience started poorly with rude service regarding our room change. The air conditioning was disturbingly loud, and it made relaxing impossible. We were also bothered by noise from the upper floors and outside, which made it hard to sleep. Overall, I expected more from the experience, considering the price.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the absence of an elevator, which made navigating the six floors quite difficult, especially with luggage. The initial room placed us in the annex, which was rather unpleasant. thankfully, we were moved to the main hotel. I also encountered issues with parking, as it was limited and forced us into a rather inconvenient alley, adding to the challenges of our stay.

Incredibly friendly staff. The breakfast was a highlight with fresh options every day, especially the waffles and bagels. Loved having a large sink area in the room. It's an easy walk to Country Club Plaza, but don’t forget it’s uphill on the way back!

I loved the cozy fireplace in our room and the incredible breakfast spread! However, our sofa bed was uncomfortable. I'd stay again for the kitchen and overall vibe!

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, including wi-fi, a fitness center, and pet-friendly policies. During my first stay, the staff helped me find places with a good exchange rate. I recommend the breakfast! I'm coming back for a city trip.

I stayed in a 1 Bedroom Suite with a separate entrance. The couch wasn’t very comfy since it sank too much, and the room was pretty dark with not enough lighting. We struggled to get hot water in the shower, which was frustrating. On the bright side, the location was great for dining and fun spots. Just a heads up, the outside entry setup felt more like an apartment than a hotel, which some might prefer but isn’t for everyone.
