The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the breakfast served in the morning was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience more pleasant.

The hotel has an outdoor layout, which made us feel a bit unsafe and exposed. the lighting between the buildings could also be improved for better visibility at night.

We loved the convenient location just off of I-4, which made it easy to explore the surrounding Central Florida area. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool and the expansive breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The room had a chalet-like configuration with a separate bedroom/bath, living room, and kitchen. The pool was a nice size and well-kept. The front desk was accommodating and helped us with printing boarding passes. Definitely a place I would choose again.

The hotel had everything we needed for a great stay. The rooms were fully decorated for Christmas like apartments with lights and everything. The location was perfect, close to everything and right off the highway. There were lots of dining options nearby, as well as gas stations and supermarkets. The basic amenities were all there, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was very good, with a great selection.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic.

The penthouse was spacious, perfect for our needs. Pool was enjoyable. Complimentary breakfast was the best. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and honest about my misplaced wedding ring.

My stay at the Residence Inn was fantastic. The breakfast had a great variety and was well stocked. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen. My favorite part was the beautiful pool area, with plenty of seating and a relaxing atmosphere. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it never felt overcrowded. I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel had a uniquely designed layout that led to some challenges in regards to accessibility and security. the noise level from other guests and staff was quite high at times, leading to some disruptions in our sleep.

Additionally, the use of disposable crockery and cutlery was not environmentally friendly, and I would have preferred if the hotel used proper crockery and better serving utensils to prevent unnecessary waste.
