Spacious room with full kitchen and comfy beds. The staff was super nice. The kids enjoyed the pool, especially the DJ activities. Cleanliness was on point. Loved the fitness center and hot tub too. Breakfast was tasty. Great location with plenty of parking. Kitchenette had all the gadgets we needed. Can't wait to return!

Loved the proximity to attractions and the clean, well-equipped kitchen in our room. the nighttime pool hours felt too short after a long day out. The gym could use an upgrade; some machines were outdated. A lot of potential, but small tweaks could enhance the experience even more. Would return for the convenience and kid-friendly amenities, but hoped for a few improvements during our next visit.

Staff at the front desk were professional and friendly. Breakfast offered a decent variety, though it lacked certain staples like bacon and pastries. The pool area had a disruptive attendant, which dampened our experience. A few maintenance issues arose—blocked sinks, dated furniture, and cleanliness lapses that need addressing. Despite setbacks, the all-day coffee and juice, complete gym, and outdoor lounging areas contributed positively. A few improvements to atmosphere and service would elevate this property to match its potential.

Perfectly situated near all the major Orlando attractions

During my stay, it was fantastic to be less than a mile from Sea World and just about a 10-minute drive to Disney and other popular spots, making it easy to fit in plenty of adventures every day, plus the spacious two-bedroom suite with a full fridge and kitchen made our family feel right at home while enjoying great breakfast options and a clean environment; however, the hotel could use a little cosmetic touch-up to enhance its overall appeal.

The hotel offered a spacious room with a kitchenette, great for families. The staff was helpful and courteous. While breakfast was standard, the full package included a clean facility, pool, and convenient location. Some minor points were breakfast timing and room layout, but a pleasant stay.

Comfortable stay with a few hiccups

My family enjoyed staying at Residence Inn By Marriott Orlando At SeaWorld. The spacious room with a small kitchenette was a huge plus for meal prep, and the staff was friendly and attentive. the breakfast lines could be long, especially on weekends, and some areas need more thorough cleaning.

I had a nightmare check-in experience. Waited over two hours for my room, only to be offered a handicap room instead of the tub I requested. The staff was rude and unhelpful; it was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
