The lobby and breakfast areas were lovely, and our room turned out to be a spacious apartment with a full kitchen and living room. The decor was restful, and everything was spotless. This was a great place to stay for our short visit to the Pittsburgh area.

The unexpected situation with our original hotel led us to Residence Inn. The staff at the front desk was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive, and our room was spacious and well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the couch and the size of the bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. The seating arrangements were great, especially for families or larger groups. If only we had known in advance, we would have brought our bathing suits to take advantage of the amenities. a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, making it easy for me to catch my flight. the shuttle service provided by the hotel was also a great convenience, as it saved me from having to arrange my own transportation. Additionally, the hotel had a nice breakfast buffet with a good variety of options, which was a pleasant start to my day.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. the bathroom was not properly cleaned, with stains on the toilet and hair in the shower.

The room was exceptional, with a full kitchen, living area, separate bedroom, and a large bathroom. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a pool that my son and I loved. The hot breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. It exceeded our expectations for the price we paid.

The hotel provided excellent facilities, including a refreshing pool that my son and I enjoyed. The hot breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The staff members were friendly and helpful, especially Sharon, who went out of her way to assist us.
