We loved our stay at the Residence Inn! The friendly staff made us feel right at home. The spacious suite was perfect for getting ready for my daughter's wedding. The kitchen was a great touch for breakfast and pre-wedding mimosas. The location near the elevator was convenient. Great fresh coffee and delicious breakfast with eggs, fruit, toast, and pastries. The outside patio was a bonus.

I had a fantastic stay! The location in the Pittsburgh area was perfect for my college visit at Pitt. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was delicious and I loved the variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure everything was ready for my arrival.

We loved our spacious room with a spectacular view of the Cathedral of Learning. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of foods. The shuttle service was a lifesaver for us. we enjoyed our stay at Residence Inn.

Location is perfect, near the university campus, downtown attractions, and the museum. The clear and spacious room was comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. The friendly and helpful staff make this hotel a home away from home. Start your day with a delicious breakfast, which includes gluten-free options. The excellent and varied extras on Mon-Wed evenings are a nice touch. The staff clearly makes the difference with their exceptional service, especially Maureen and Marlene, who go above and beyond to make guests happy.

We arrived at Residence Inn to find out they were experiencing maintenance issues and didn't have a room for us. However, the staff went above and beyond to find us a room an hour away in Ohio, even though we had taken an Uber from the airport. They refunded our night's stay and waived the cancellation fee. The views from the hotel were beautiful and the accommodations were incredible. The pool and jacuzzi were great, and the small gym was a nice touch. Charlotte, one of the staff members, was exceptionally kind and helpful, going out of her way to assist us. Despite the unexpected fee and the hotel being under construction, our overall experience was positive. I would recommend this hotel.

Great value for money! The hotel is well located, with basic amenities and rooms with a full kitchen and good wifi. There is a hot tub and some rooms even have a view. The breakfast is included and has a wide variety of hot and cold food to choose from.

All was good, no complaints!

The two bedroom suite was spacious and perfect for our family. We were able to enjoy the comfort and privacy of having separate rooms and bathrooms. the location of the hotel was also great, with a fantastic Italian restaurant just across the street that we highly recommend. the meal there was phenomenal, especially the baked Alaska. Lastly, the breakfast offered at the hotel was satisfactory and provided a good start to our day.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. we were disappointed that the pool closed at 7pm, which is earlier than usual.

our room keys were deactivated between 11:30 and 11:45 even though check-out was at noon, which made getting our luggage out to the car a little difficult and slower.
