Our stay at Residence Inn was great! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable mattresses on the queen bed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a wine opener and wine glasses in the Queen Suite, which added a nice touch. The little living room area in the suite was a cozy spot to hang out. The value for money was good, and we appreciated having the option to cook our own food in the room. we had an awesome experience at Residence Inn and would definitely recommend it.

Check-in was quick and pleasant. Front desk associate was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Breakfast had a great selection. Extended check-out by one hour without any issues. Swimming pool was nice. Room had plenty of space, comfortable bed, and a large working desk with office chair. Bathroom basin was huge. The kitchenette and lounge area were satisfactory.

Additionally, the location was perfect as it was situated in a key area, making it convenient for me to explore the surrounding attractions. Furthermore, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing me with a comfortable space to relax and unwind during my Christmas vacation.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing during my stay. there were some maintenance issues such as ripped furniture upholstery and a clogged toilet, which required attention from the staff.

The breakfast was really good, tasty and with a lot of variety. the location was very convenient, close to shops and restaurants. we received complimentary snacks in our room which were a nice surprise.

The front desk service was quite slow and the staff seemed disinterested at times. the room was a bit run-down with some broken furniture and rust in the bathroom.
