We had a great city break at this hotel! the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. the complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise and we loved starting our day with delicious food. the location was also convenient, with easy access to the light rail and close proximity to downtown. Additionally, the complimentary parking offered during the holidays was a great bonus.

One downside was that the hotel did not honor our special request for a first-floor room, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the sofa beds in the room were not up to par.

The hotel was conveniently located near Downtown Portland, with easy access to public transportation such as the Street Car Downtown. Moreover, there were plenty of parking spaces available, which was a huge plus. The breakfast provided was delicious and included in the room rate. The staff members were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bath loft with kitchen and fireplace was perfect for our Christmas visit. We were able to bring our two dogs with no problem. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and accommodating. The bedding was soft and comfortable. Minimal noise from neighboring rooms. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices. Megan at the front desk was fabulous and knowledgeable about the area.
