I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Sacramento and had a positive experience. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the main attractions. We were also pleasantly surprised by a complimentary upgrade to a spacious two-bedroom suite. Additionally, the front desk staff, especially Zach, were friendly and helpful during our stay. I'll recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly service.

I had the most amazing stay at Extended Stay in Sacramento. The location near Capitol Park was unbeatable, with easy access to the city's attractions. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated for the holidays, creating a festive and cozy atmosphere. The housekeeping staff, especially Ron, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The front desk agents, including Erika, were always friendly and helpful, making me feel like a valued guest. The kitchen staff, including America, Zach, Rose, and Mario, provided exceptional service and made me feel right at home. The extended stay truly felt like a home away from home, and I am incredibly grateful to the entire staff. I would highly recommend Extended Stay for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Sacramento.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Golden One Arena and near the Crocker Art Museum. It was also conveniently located near restaurants and the capitol building. Everything we needed was close by!

During my recent visit to Sacramento, I had the best hotel experience ever! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. The location was convenient, making it easy for me to explore downtown. Additionally, I loved the variety of selections offered at breakfast and the little market was so handy for any last-minute needs. But what really stood out was the friendliness of the maids and cafeteria staff. They always went out of their way to check if I was enjoying my stay and if there was anything they could do to assist me. It truly created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The only downside to my stay was the front desk atmosphere. Unfortunately, there was one staff member who lacked friendliness and made me feel a bit unwelcome.

This hotel is a great value for money, located in a prime downtown area, with helpful staff that paid attention to detail. Rooms are well-equipped with all amenities and offer a perfect air conditioning system, even in the Capitol view ones which are stunning. The breakfast here is excellent, and you won't be disappointed.

Walking distance to the Golden One Center is a major plus. The hotel provides complimentary breakfast and offers spacious rooms with full kitchens, ideal for long stays. The year-round heated pool and fitness center add to the convenience. Staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring an enjoyable stay.

One drawback is the odd check-in procedure where guests must check-in before parking their cars.
