Convenient and comfortable stay

We recently stayed at Residence Inn and had a very convenient and comfortable experience. The fully-equipped kitchen in our suite was perfect for our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The location was also great, close to the Merrit Parkway and a short drive from the interstate. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and the rooms were clean and modern. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel provided a fun environment for each person, from daytime swimming and basketball games, to evening cook-outs and "smore's" by the fire pit. The outdoor areas were nicely landscaped and had outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the surroundings. The rooms were beautiful, especially the studio with one queen size bed, which had a full kitchen stocked with everything you could want to prepare a meal. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities, like wifi and a well-equipped fitness center, were great additions. Additionally, the breakfast was hot and fresh, and really delicious.

Some areas of the hotel were in need of renovation, such as peeling paint on the exterior. One guest mentioned an off-putting smell in their room, which affected their comfort.

Speaking of the kitchen, it has all the basic amenities you need. The staff is also amazing, providing attentive service and making sure your stay is comfortable. Last but not least, the breakfast is fantastic, especially with the complimentary beer or wine and oatmeal.

The bathroom was spacious with a well-designed shower that had a sturdy fold-down seat and multiple ways to secure a hand-held shower head. The tiled floor sloped beautifully for easy drainage, and there was a sturdy, wide chair provided. The front desk staff was very friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious with attractive decor. The location was convenient, and the presence of a kitchen, table/chairs, desk, small couch, and TV made the room even more enjoyable.
