The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure our room was clean and fresh, and the kitchen staff provided an excellent hot breakfast every morning. Additionally, the maintenance staff were prompt in addressing any issues we had with our room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was a great experience. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to some fantastic restaurants and surrounded by a nice residential area. The staff were friendly and provided good recommendations on where to eat. The rooms were nice and clean, and the basic amenities were always well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast spread was impressive, with a good selection of eggs and protein options. this hotel provided great value for money.

My recent stay at Residence Inn was outstanding! The customer service provided by the staff, especially Heidi and Sarina at the front desk, was extremely accommodating. They went above and beyond to assist our lacrosse team during our weekend tournament. The breakfast served by Karen and Tammy was not only delicious, but their positive attitudes and generosity were exceptional. Karen even provided me with a tray to help carry my food back to the room. They even started breakfast early to accommodate our team's schedule. the hospitality received at Residence Inn was exceptional.

Drawbacks: Although there was a small issue with the TV channels and the initial availability of our reserved 2-bedroom suite, the overall experience at Residence Inn was still fantastic.

the location was perfect - not right in the hustle and bustle of the city but still very close to the school and some fantastic restaurants nearby. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. From the friendly and helpful front desk personnel to the attentive housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, with separate bedrooms and even some rooms offering a lovely view. Additionally, the breakfast offered was a great way to start the day, with a variety of options to choose from. this hotel offers great value for money and I would definitely stay here again!
