Lack of security measures and staff presence after hours is concerning!!! Encountering unsettling individuals near the parking lot was uncomfortable!!! The limited pastry supply for larger groups feels petty for a hotel!!!

retreat at crystal manatee is a hidden gem! the welcome was warm, and the fresh pastries were such a nice touch. my queen room was spacious and comfy. it's located right near the manatee adventure shops, making it super convenient. plus, access to the 24/7 communal kitchen was a big plus.

Gorgeous landscaping and immaculate facilities throughout the hotel.

I faced several challenges during my stay that left me frustrated. The front desk was not manned early in the morning when I checked out, which created confusion about returning my key. Additionally, the breakfast options were severely lacking. on my last day, I arrived late to find all the bread gone! Despite only one other room being occupied, no one bothered to refill the breakfast items, which was incredibly disappointing.

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved the beach with stunning sunsets. The kayaking at the park was super fun, and we even spotted manatees. The fresh pastries were a daily highlight. The communal kitchen was great for hanging out, and we enjoyed playing games together. Just a heads up, breakfast is limited, so grab snacks if you're hungry.

We faced a bit of an issue finding parking during peak times, so arrive early to secure your spot.
