Getting ice was confusing—you'd think it would be a simple detail to clarify!!! Also, the kitchen staff really should keep complaints under wraps instead of airing them out loud. Attention to these small yet significant issues would enhance the experience!!!

Everything was to perfection! Room was clean, cute, and the bed comfortable. Staff was professional and helpful. Food was perfect, and they offered a park pass for the beach! Pecan pie and key lime pie waiting on the counter in the evening blew us away.
