wagner: wonderful hotel, friendly staff, comfy bed, large bathroom, extremely clean.

The staff at Wagner Hotel was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and professional employees like Dwayne, Salvador, Leon, Ricardo, Eddie. They provided outstanding service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the hotel itself was wonderful, with a lovely room that had a view of the Statue of Liberty. the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and everything was extremely clean. We even had unexpected access to the executive lounge, which was a bonus. the hotel's location was perfect for us, as we were participating in the 5Boro cycle tour. After the tour, we were able to relax at the hotel bar. a great experience!

This was unacceptable and put a damper on our otherwise enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at The Wagner hotel. The staff were exceptional, from the friendly housekeepers to the helpful front desk. Our corner room had an amazing view of the city and harbor. The breakfast vouchers were great value and the food was delicious. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and walking distance to many attractions. The hotel's green surroundings provided a peaceful oasis in the bustling city. And to top it all off, the hotel bicycles allowed us to explore lower Manhattan and enjoy the beautiful waterfront.

During our romantic escape, we were blown away by the stunning views from our room. the location was ideal, giving us easy access to key attractions and a quieter atmosphere. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel exceeded our expectations.

There were a few minor issues that slightly impacted our experience. the shower mixer tap was a bit odd, as adjusting the temperature also affected the water pressure.

Located by the Statue of Liberty, the hotel is in a wonderful area with plenty to see in the immediate area. The spacious room offers a fantastic view of the surrounding area. The gym has modern equipment that guests love.

The hotel staff was unhelpful in getting guests a car to the airport, causing inconvenience.

The value for money at Wagner was exceptional! The room size was impressive and waking up to a stunning view of the Hudson, Statue of Liberty, and Jersey from my window was priceless. The location was perfect for sightseeing and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay.

The morning meal could be improved with better organization. There were times when it took around 15 minutes to find a clean table, despite there seemingly being available ones.

The complementary facts offered were nice, and the location was spot on. We were able to easily walk to all the major attractions, which saved us time and money on taxis. Plus, the view from the rooftop was amazing!

The extra charges for the gym and phone calls were definitely not worth it. And the staff had some issues with overcharging and not responding to requests for an update on the situation.
