Enjoyed the peaceful and convenient location near LA, Santa Monica, and Venice. Beautiful Christmas decorations added a festive touch. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly the front desk and club staff. Great food at the Cast & Plow restaurant at a fair price.

Rooms felt more like a typical Marriott than a luxury hotel. Small and cramped bathroom with minimal amenities.

During my recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Marina Del Rey, I was pleasantly surprised by the location and the helpful concierge service. The hotel's proximity to LA, Santa Monica, and Malibu made it the perfect base for exploring the area. The concierge team went above and beyond in arranging truly enjoyable trips for me.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as inconsistent billing statement issues and the lack of availability of spa services, I would still highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton in Marina Del Rey. The outstanding location, attentive staff, and enjoyable amenities outweighed any negatives.

The hotel was beautiful and serene. The beds were like sleeping on marshmallows, and the bathroom was spacious. The restaurant, Cast and Plow, had delicious food, especially the brunch, and the outside seating offered stunning views. The staff were friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to make my stay special. The hotel's amenities, like the pool area and gym, were fantastic. The location was great, with easy access to Santa Monica and Manhattan Beach.

The hotel had a prime location by the marina, offering stunning views from the modern rooms. The staff went above and beyond to help, retrieving and sending a valuable item I left behind without charge. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the comfortable beds, friendly housekeeping, and the 24-hour room service. The high-end toiletries by Diptique were a nice touch.

We felt right at home and had no complaints during our stay.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from the marina and plenty of restaurants nearby. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We were offered complementary breakfast and a food & beverage credit, which was a nice bonus.

We hoped for a discount or some sort of compensation, but it wasn't offered.

The breakfast service was a major disappointment. When we arrived, there were uncleaned tables with piles of plates and the wait for breakfast was over an hour.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the airport and just a short distance from Venice Beach. It is also surrounded by a few other restaurants, making dining options easily accessible. The room had a beautiful view of the pool and the marina, and the service provided by the staff was impeccable.

Exceptional service from the concierge desk to the maid service. Our server, Martine, went above and beyond to make our breakfast experience unforgettable. The pool area was nice and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.
