We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for shopping and seeing the sights. Our room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of amenities. We also enjoyed the friendly bellman who were very accommodating. we would recommend this hotel!

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was amazing, with a warm and cozy feel. The staff at the reception desk, particularly Blake, were fantastic and made my stay even better. The restaurant staff, Danijela and Goran, were also superb. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed provided an extremely good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and the robes were very comfortable. The hotel decor was elegant and had a clean look. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to choose from. The personnel were extremely polite and responded quickly to all our requests. The hotel staff really made us feel welcome and taken care of.

The location is perfect for those who need to be close to the airport and have easy access to major highways. It's adjacent to a huge mall and offers a variety of nice restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and stylish, with bathrooms that have plenty of counter space and modern amenities. The service is exceptional, with staff always ready to meet your needs. The breakfast offers many options and is of high quality. The hotel also features a well-equipped workout area and a beautiful pool for guests to use.

Some previous guests have noted that the hotel may be showing signs of aging and could benefit from a redesign.

The check-in was seamless. Room was cool upon arrival. Prompt service for new shampoo. In-room dining was superb and well-presented. Maid service was attentive and left chocolates. Bar menu and bartender provided top-notch service. Staff was safe, friendly, and professional. Great location near dining, shopping, airport, and monuments.

The location advantages made it accessible from everywhere. We were thrilled with this hotel and definitely be going back.

As longer-term business travelers, we loved the convenient location next to the mall, with a CVS and Shake Shack nearby. The hotel was clean, quiet, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff, especially concierge Virginia and guest experience expert Dounia, went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The front desk service was phenomenal, and the hotel layout was lovely with great amenities such as a business center and a large workout area with a beautiful swimming pool. The bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in, and the bathroom was gorgeous.

The hotel's location right next to the metro station was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The lobby bar with its cozy fireplace was a perfect spot to relax with a drink. The staff went above and beyond by providing us with metro cards and saving us time by helping us attend a Wizards game. Our corner king suite was beautiful and comfortable, with a heavenly shower in the bathroom. The staff were responsive, gracious, and charming, from the sales rep to the concierge. The easy access to the metro, short cab ride to Reagan airport, and attached mall with a food court added to the overall convenience. The exceptional service and special deals make us eager to return in the future.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It is right next to a huge shopping center, making it perfect for those who love to shop. The hotel is also located right in front of a metro train station, making it easy to get around and explore all the sights in the district. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, particularly Robert at the bar. They were incredibly courteous and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms was also top-notch, and we appreciated the comfortable beds and huge TV screens in the room.

The food at the concierge lounge and restaurant Fyve was exceptional, and the amenities were top-notch. The location is convenient, close to shopping and the Metro. I highly recommend this hotel for its five-star service and exceptional experience.
