Great views and comfortable beds. The location offers a lovely walking path and fishing off the dock, which is a plus. The restaurant staff is top-notch—Crystal and the team made our dining experience memorable. After multiple requests for towels and service, we returned to a messy room. The front desk staff made us feel unwelcome and scrutinized. An unpleasant experience overshadowed our enjoyment. Noise from thin walls disrupted our stay. This place offers potential but needs serious improvements in customer service and maintenance.

The place has a nice pool the kids enjoyed, and the staff is friendly and quick to help. Our room was clean and had plenty of space for us all to relax.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it’s a fair deal for what you get.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed being close to the river and exploring new places like Aloha Beach and the Zoo. the view from our room was great, and the staff was awesome, making our stay pleasant.

The room was small and loud, with thin walls. the bathroom was tight, and the fridge was too small.

Always returning for holidays. Staff found my lost earring once. Love this spot; has free Wi-Fi, 24hr reception, indoor pool, sauna, and more. Perfect place for me; no pets, no smoking, wheelchair access.

I particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds and the setup of the rooms, with one bed in a separate area across a corridor from the others. The on-site Starbucks was a convenient perk. The location of the hotel was also quite good, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities in the area.

During my recent stay at The Vue Boutique, I was impressed by the cozy atmosphere of the room. The heating and air conditioning worked well to keep us comfortable throughout our stay. Speaking of which, the terrace provided a lovely view of the surroundings, making it a great spot to unwind with a cup of coffee. One thing that stood out to me was the lack of a dining table in the room. It would have been nice to have a designated area to enjoy our meals. The patio also could have been better maintained, as there were some bugs and spider webs that detracted from the experience. On the bright side, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was convenient for staying connected, and the garden furniture added a charming touch to the outdoor space. The room also came stocked with free toiletries, which was a nice added bonus. While the room did not have cookware or kitchen utensils, we managed just fine with the amenities provided. The flat-screen TV was a good size, although the carpeted floor could have used a more thorough cleaning. In terms of service, the housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring our room was kept tidy throughout our stay. I did notice some areas that could use a bit more attention to detail.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful and the location was perfect. However, the lack of turn down service and difficulties with the check-in process were disappointing. The room was outdated and poorly maintained, with questionable cleanliness standards in the bar area. The overpriced food left much to be desired.

The bed was comfortable, offering a restful night. Temperature control was effective; the air conditioner worked well. the bathroom was quite cramped, with barely four inches between the door and the toilet. There was a strong, overwhelming scent of cleaner that lingered, making it difficult to breathe at times. Privacy was an issue due to missing blind slats, allowing visibility from across the street. The room cleanliness felt rushed. Our view of the river was lovely, but maintenance concerns, like burnt-out lightbulbs and water seeping from floorboards, detracted from the overall experience.

Omg 🎉 loved the river view room with 2 queen beds - what a steal! 😍 close to downtown & shops but drawback was no staff interaction. Will def come back!

The Vue Boutique Hotel & Boathouse location is fantastic with easy access to downtown. the on-site restaurant offers great food, and the view rooms are stunning, worth the extra cost. Free Timbavati Wildlife tickets are a nice bonus included during the stay.

Room odor; outdated facilities.

The first room was infested with bugs, and after getting moved, I found dirty pillowcases and spider webs everywhere. It was just gross, and it completely ruined my trip. Never again!

Great price for an off-season stay with lovely river views and friendly staff. The hot tub was a highlight; it felt luxurious without being crowded. Late-night dining was nice, but the soup was a bit too salty. communication issues and unclean conditions at the pool deck were disappointing. I felt uncomfortable with how locals were treated during check-in, which detracted from the experience. The location is perfect for unwinding, but some rooms showed signs of wear that could use attention. There’s potential here, just needs a bit more care.
