The place was filthy! Food and drink splatter all over the kitchen wall, stove had dried food and dirt on it, and kitchen cabinets were dirty.

The location was great - close to everything, with a back road option to avoid traffic. Close to Dollywood, and we could even see the fireworks from our balcony.

The location of this property was great! We were able to avoid most of the traffic on the main road by taking a back road. It was also conveniently close to all the attractions in the area, including a short drive to Dollywood. Another bonus was being able to watch the Dollywood fireworks from our balcony.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the remote in one of the bedrooms didn't work properly, and we couldn't access the same channels as the living room and the master bedroom.

We truly got great value for our money with our stay at the River Place Condos #501 2Bd. The room was clean, roomy, and had very comfortable beds. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily avoid the traffic on the parkway and be close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Plus, we had the bonus of enjoying the Dollywood fireworks right from our balcony.

It would have been nice if there were more breakfast items included during our stay.
