The maintenance man was polite and resolved issues quickly.

The place was filthy! Food and drink splatter all over the kitchen wall, stove had dried food and dirt on it, and kitchen cabinets were dirty.

The location of this property was great! We were able to avoid most of the traffic on the main road by taking a back road. It was also conveniently close to all the attractions in the area, including a short drive to Dollywood. Another bonus was being able to watch the Dollywood fireworks from our balcony.

the remote in one of the bedrooms didn't work properly, and we couldn't access the same channels as the living room and the master bedroom. This was quite frustrating.

We truly got great value for our money with our stay at the River Place Condos #501 2Bd. The room was clean, roomy, and had very comfortable beds. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily avoid the traffic on the parkway and be close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Plus, we had the bonus of enjoying the Dollywood fireworks right from our balcony.

It would have been nice if there were more breakfast items included during our stay.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent and the room was in great condition. The location was perfect, with easy access to the parkway and a short drive to Dollywood. The beds were comfortable and the shower in the master bath was amazing. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The location of River Place Condos #501 2Bd was great, making it convenient for us to explore the area. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the shower in the master bath was a highlight, providing a refreshing experience.

Although the place was not as clean as we expected, with food and drink splatters in the kitchen, dirt on the stove, and baseboards and blinds being filthy, we did appreciate the efforts made by staff to rectify the situation. Despite the initial unpleasantness, we were able to find the remote and enjoy some TV time, although the signal was not always perfect.
