Loved the friendly and super helpful staff, especially Gaby at the front desk, who even upgraded my room for free! the rooftop pool was fantastic for unwinding after a busy day, and the restaurant had delicious food and drinks with great happy hour prices. Just a heads up—check-in took a while and the wifi dropped a couple of times, but it really didn’t take away from the overall great experience. 🌴.

Our recent stay was pretty awesome! the location couldn't be better, and the balcony was a total highlight. the rooftop pool is perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We even got a free upgrade because of a discrepancy with our room photos, which was a nice touch. Plus, having both a rooftop and a heated ground pool added some lovely variety to our downtime. As bike riders, we loved that we were within walking distance of fun spots to explore around the area.

we had an amazing stay at the riviera. from the moment we walked in, the pleasant aroma and friendly reception made us feel welcome. we arrived early, and gaby at the front desk was incredibly accommodating, offering us a room right away without any extra charge. we also received a complimentary upgrade to a spacious apartment, which was a lovely surprise. the location was fantastic, close to the beach with plenty of shops and eateries nearby. the hotel restaurant had delicious food and affordable happy hour specials, making our experience even better.

The rooftop pool was a delightful oasis, reminiscent of a serene beach picnic — only without the sand in uncomfortable places. Diving in was like jumping into a giant margarita, complete with the tropical sun pouring its golden rays down, making it the perfect getaway from the bustling streets below.
