The bed was very comfortable, and the room had decent decor. Fresh air was a plus with the windows that opened. The views from the outdoor deck were stellar; witnessing a bull elk wander by was an unforgettable experience. several issues marred our stay. The lighting in the room was subpar, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. Mold and hair were alarming. The pool area needs repaving, and the hot tub jets were not operational, which was disappointing. Restaurant staff seemed uninformed, and there was no breakfast option available. Despite the hiccups, the location is fantastic, and the amenities have potential. With some improvements, this place could truly shine.

The lack of phone in the room made communication difficult. the amenities were decent, but improvements in maintenance and cleanliness would elevate the experience significantly.

Expedition Lodge is perfectly situated near Rocky Mountain National Park, ideal for hiking excursions. The staff went above and beyond, providing extra pack n plays and towels for our little ones.

We hit the trails for biking and hiking, then went white water rafting! The game room was lit, with pool tables, arcade games - we were hyped! Horseback riding? We did that too! Endless activities to keep us going!

More vibrant nightlife for the party animals like us to keep the fun going all night long! .

We found bed bugs in our room, and even caught one to show staff. After multiple promises of a refund, we were still charged. It was beyond frustrating—never faced anything like this before!

However, the clean, spacious rooms with mountain views and convenient location made up for it. The staff's efforts to resolve issues were appreciated, and I look forward to returning post-renovations.

The bed was super comfy and the shower had great water pressure. It was nice to have that after a long day. Parking was easy too. The place felt kinda run down with some old furniture around and a few rooms were tricky to find. Still, the good vibes made up for some of the rough edges.

The room was spacious with a comfortable king bed and a balcony, giving lots of extra space to relax, and the staff were super friendly and helped us find great local restaurants. The indoor swimming pool was the perfect temperature and the hot tub, although in need of an upgrade, was still enjoyable and roomy. The only downside was the outdated shower that lacked clear hot and cold indications, but it didn't really put a damper on our otherwise great stay here. 🌟

There were cigarette butts and beer bottles left behind, which was off-putting. The garden furniture looked worn out and not very appealing. We didn't feel comfortable sitting outside and enjoying the view. The free toiletries provided were very basic and not of the best quality. It would have been nice to have some nicer amenities to enhance our stay. The lack of an AM/FM alarm clock in the room was inconvenient. We had to rely on our phones for waking up, which wasn't ideal. The flat-screen TV was a good size, but it was disconnected when we arrived. It took some time for us to get it working properly. The parquet floors in the room were scratched and in need of refinishing. They didn't look very clean or well-maintained. We didn't try the shops/commercial services at the hotel, so I can't comment on that aspect. I would say that the laundry facilities were lacking. We had hoped to do some laundry during our stay, but the machines were outdated and not working properly.
