The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a good Wi-Fi connection. The new couple managing the property were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location, situated in the middle of nowhere surrounded by beautiful hills, is perfect for rockhounds and nature lovers. They even provide microwaveable food in the lobby. Pet-friendly accommodation with a helpful receptionist. The view from the 2nd floor window was stunning.

Felt like royalty, the staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble.

The pool and hot tub were fantastic ways to escape the summer heat, and staring at the star-studded skies was truly mesmerizing. The location is perfect for adventuring in the unique Utah area. Loved it!

We arrived at this hidden gem in the evening, and despite the hotel's secluded location, check-in was a breeze. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The room exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and comfortable beds. Although the property is a bit dated, it did not take away from the overall look or comfort. The mini fridge and microwave in the room were convenient additions. The next morning, we enjoyed a complimentary continental breakfast with a good variety of options. The hotel's proximity to Capitol Reef National Park was a major plus. We also loved the pool and hot tub on the property. The only minor issue was that the room took some time to cool down after a warm day, but once it did, it was perfectly comfortable. Despite the lack of cell service, the Wi-Fi provided allowed us to stay connected. we were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this clean and comfortable hotel in Southern Utah. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff made me feel like family and the room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The views in and around the area were breathtaking and it was a short drive to several national parks and points of interests. The location was quiet and the bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was great too. The owner was friendly and genuinely interested in meeting people from different cultures. They even upgraded my room on my anniversary day!
