As low-budget travelers, we loved the freshly renovated property with its nice details. The clean rooms had all the basics we needed, like a microwave, mini-fridge, and flat-screen TV. The pool was a nice addition, even though we didn't get to use it.

We felt like we were relaxing at home, as there was nothing to complain about.

I also appreciated the fact that the hotel was pet-friendly, allowing me to bring my furry friend along on my city trip.

One of the carpets in our room was wet when we stepped on it; however, we immediately contacted the front desk and they quickly addressed the issue.

The hotel also had a pool, although we didn't get a chance to use it. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and attentive staff.

The hotel is located close to everything, including the mall and downtown. The next day's events were only a short drive away. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, with enough pillows for both guests. The AC and fridge worked well. Despite some issues, the bagel was okay.

Got free snacks and drinks on arrival, which was a nice touch. the hotel’s location was good, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the bathroom was clean and modern.

The walls were thin, and I could hear every noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. the room’s furniture looked dated and worn out.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Santa Rosa for 3 days with my family. The rooms were clean and the parking was easy to access, even when we arrived late in the evening. The best part was the included breakfast, which gave the kids something to enjoy while we got ready. The food was okay, but the kids really loved it. And the price was fantastic! it was a great value for our family trip.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Santa Rosa for a weekend getaway and had a wonderful experience. The newly renovated rooms were stunning and immaculately clean. The complimentary breakfast and coffee were delicious, and the customer service provided by the front desk staff, especially Luis and Kylie, was friendly, professional, and caring. They truly listened to and addressed any requests or concerns promptly. I also appreciated the quick response from the maintenance man when our remote control wasn't working, and the staff's efficiency in moving us to another room the next morning.
