The downside of the hotel was the noise, as it was located on a main street and the constant honking of horns and sirens from fire engines made it difficult to sleep. the hotel could consider investing in soundproof windows to mitigate this issue.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Middletown. the value for money was outstanding. I couldn't believe the affordable rates, especially for a room with 2 full beds. The staff were incredibly attentive and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the nice touches like books in the room. The location of the hotel was ideal, well placed for subways and in a good neighborhood for nearly everything. Lastly, having breakfast included with the Nespresso machine in the room was an added bonus.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious bathroom in my room at Roger Smith. It's not something you usually find in hotels in the city. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city. I had a great stay at Roger Smith and would highly recommend it.

The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The hotel is conveniently located with a Starbucks next door and a grocery store across the street. I loved having a fridge and microwave in the room. The hotel has a unique, non-corporate feel and the rooftop bar offers stunning views.
