Our recent stay at The Constance was simply delightful. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants. The property itself was beautifully decorated and had a lovely lounge where we could socialize. The highlight of our room was the roll top bath, which was a real treat. And to top it all off, the free parking was a major bonus.

We had a minor issue with the plumbing in our room, which was noisy throughout the night. However, when we reported it to the staff, they promptly sent someone to fix the problem.

I arrived at The Constance and to my surprise, the room I had selected didn't have a TV. However, the staff gave us a complimentary upgrade! That was just the beginning of a truly wonderful stay. The inn itself is gorgeous, incredibly comfortable, and spotlessly clean. And let's not forget the scrumptious breakfasts that left me craving for more. The location is conveniently close to downtown Lenox, with its charming shops and great restaurants. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the absence of a coffee machine and bottled water in the room, The Constance is an exceptional hotel that I highly recommend.

The water in the shower was only warm, which was a bit disappointing. , our room didn't have the fancy parlor area we saw in the pictures.
