The 45 Times Square hotel exceeded my expectations with its breathtaking view of the iconic Times Square. The room was elegantly furnished, featuring a spacious bathroom and a luxurious King size bed that ensured a comfortable and rejuvenating sleep after a day of exploring the city.

The check-in process was slightly inefficient, taking longer than expected. The reception area had an unpleasant smell, which could be improved by changing the fragrance of the air freshener.

Great location just a short walk from Times Square and nearby attractions. Our room was comfortable and clean with a nice bathroom and daily maid service. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to move to a quieter room. We also appreciated the convenience of having a Starbucks and a small shop nearby.

Some noise from the street, but to be expected for a central location. the initial room we had was small and noisy, but we were able to upgrade for a reasonable price to a larger and quieter room.

As a frequent traveler to the city, our 4th stay at this hotel speaks for itself. The location, right next to Times Square, offers both advantages and disadvantages. We loved the easy access to multiple subway lines and the proximity to theaters. The staff were always friendly and helpful, promptly addressing any issues we had. The comfortable bed and spacious bathroom were particularly impressive. The unique black and white striped wallpaper in the hallway added an interesting touch. The low waste toiletry products were also appreciated.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and all the attractions of the city. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even giving me a complimentary upgrade and breakfast for a slight delay during check-in. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel had a beautiful aesthetic. I felt completely safe and at home throughout my stay. it was one of the most memorable and enjoyable experiences I've had in New York.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable. the rooms were clean and of a decent size, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the hotel had a great location, making it easy to travel around and explore the city.

There were some negatives to our stay. the housekeeping was lacking, as our room was only cleaned after we had to ask for it multiple times and even then, it was done quite late in the day.
