The value for the price was excellent, and the room was stylish and comfortable. The location was perfect and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast option could use some improvement, but everything else at the hotel was fantastic.

We were pleasantly surprised with our upgrade at Hotel Theodore. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The highlight was the beautiful clawfoot tub in our bathroom, which made for a luxurious bathing experience. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the Public Market, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. We also appreciated the complimentary wine in the lobby during happy hour. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as offsite parking and tiny bathrooms in some rooms, we would definitely consider staying here again. we had a great experience at Hotel Theodore and would recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The facilities were top-notch, including the beautiful clawfoot tub in our room. The location was perfect, right in the heart of this city and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore everything in Seattle. We were within walking distance to many Seattle sights, shopping destinations, and the bustling downtown area. The service was top-notch, with amenities like room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire available. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room itself was well-appointed and comfortable, with heating and air conditioning to ensure our comfort. The in-room safe provided added peace of mind, and the hair dryer and free toiletries were a nice touch. The television and telephone with cable/satellite channels kept us entertained, and we appreciated the option to watch paid films. The dining options were also fantastic, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering delicious meals and special diet menus.

The only issue we encountered was some confusion during check-in and check-out. The person at reception seemed a bit flaky and it was difficult to communicate clearly.

This hotel is amazing! From its inviting seating areas, and beautiful rooms with a view to the delicious breakfast served, everything is just perfect. The staff is very helpful and accommodating and the prices are a great value for money.

Stayed at Hotel Theodore for a weekend celebration and couldn't be happier. The hotel was spotlessly clean with great amenities. Its peaceful location within walking distance of downtown was perfect. Loved having a Nespresso machine in the room and the updated gym was a bonus with Peleton and mirror. The staff were exceptional, giving us a room upgrade and providing impeccable service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-lit, and the lobby had a welcoming atmosphere. Don't miss out on dinner at the newly reopened restaurant - it's fantastic. a stay at this hotel is well worth it.

Located near the convention center, this hotel is easily accessible from the airport via train. It's also close to the stadium, making it a perfect location for sports fans. Although the restaurant was closed during our stay, we enjoyed exploring the local area for breakfast options.

The room was quite small and there was limited space for our belongings.
