The value for our money was excellent, with a spacious and homey room that felt like a city apartment. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the convention center and Christmas village, and the staff treated us wonderfully.

I had a fantastic stay at a well-located, refurbished building with a modern touch. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, including a washer & dryer, a water program, and a coffee program. I even had the option to cook if I wanted to. The apartment had a cool and unique vibe with a cactus in the window and a quote by David Bowie. I had a great experience and I will definitely be returning!

My partner and I stayed at this conveniently located hotel for a weekend getaway. The spacious and clean room had all the amenities we needed, including a full-sized fridge, washer and dryer, and multiple coffee-making devices. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the concierge staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of public transport, restaurants, and popular tourist sites. The stunning views from the rooftop terrace, especially of Liberty Plaza and the river Schuylkill, were an unexpected bonus. We also appreciated the complimentary still and sparkling filtered water on tap. we had a fantastic stay at The Roost Midtown and hope to return one day.

I got great value for my money at a well-located hotel in Philadelphia. The spacious and stylish one bedroom apartment had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. The staff, especially Mr. Mohammad Razaki, were extremely welcoming and helpful.

The breakfast option could be improved for a more enjoyable dining experience.

The location of the apartments was fantastic, with easy access to major train and bus terminals, as well as the city center and historical attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with the added convenience of a washing machine and dryer. the wifi connection was also excellent, making it easy to stay connected during our visit.

One minor inconvenience was that the consumables like shampoo and coffee filters were not automatically refilled during the weekly cleaning, requiring us to call down to get them. Additionally, the lack of marking outside the building made it difficult to find at first.

I had a wonderful stay at this venue. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a lovely area. The room was equipped with everything I needed, including a washing machine and dryer, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the library and the sparkling and still water station on the 5th floor.

My recent stay at Roost Midtown was fantastic. The apartment was spotless and spacious with modern furnishings. The kitchen had excellent appliances, and the location was perfect for sightseeing. The fast elevator was great, and the valet service across the street was convenient. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We got amazing value for our money with a spacious, well-appointed apartment that was much better than a regular hotel room. The location was fantastic, with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast delights would be improved with a selection of coffee and tea available in the room.

If you're looking for a well-located hotel in the heart of the city, this place is perfect. It's really close to downtown Philly and offers spacious and clean rooms with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is large and the staff are friendly and helpful. Plus, there's a water station on one of the floors that provides both still and sparkling water, which is a nice touch. The neighborhood is filled with great restaurants and there are plenty of indie coffee shops nearby to explore.

It was a bit disappointing to find out that the hotel does not provide in-room coffee, despite the indications on their website and in-room flyers. This could have been communicated better.

We had the most amazing romantic escape and the hotel was perfect. We loved the way the room was set up—it had everything we needed and more. the complementary coffee and the soft fluffy towels really made our stay special. the location was spot on, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and that was amazing. We really loved that feature, and it made our stay so much more relaxed.

Honestly, we didn't have anything negative to say about this place. the lighting was a little dim, but that was absolutely fine for us.
