The central location was convenient for our plans and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious with separate living and sleeping areas, making it comfortable for an extended stay. However, the breakfast setup could be smoother and less congested, with more variety and self-serve options needed.

Granite bathrooms with heated floors: Stepping into the warm embrace of the bathroom, it felt like being enveloped in a cozy blanket on a chilly day. The heated floors were a delightful surprise, making getting ready in the morning an absolute pleasure.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, very friendly, and helpful. They even allowed my wife to check in early for a phone interview. The suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a full-sized tub. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of shops, parks, and downtown.

I recently stayed at the Rushmore Express in Keystone for a weekend getaway to visit Mount Rushmore. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was beautifully decorated and much nicer than what was shown in the photos. I loved the small pool, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was ideal, just a short 10-minute walk to the center of town where we enjoyed the charming 'wild west' style buildings. We had some fantastic meals at Ruby's Saloon and highly recommend it. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to Custer State Park, which we didn't want to miss.

Hiking The Door Trail was epic and the Hart Ranch Golf Course was rad for a chill day. The hotel had chill staff and the pool was dope for relaxing after a day of adventures. The rooms were spacious and perfect for a rad squad getaway.

Only thing missing was a cool hangout spot in the hotel for young peeps - like a hip game room or lounge area.

I gotta say, the value for the money was on point at Rushmore Express & Suites. The room was top-notch - spacious and updated, especially the bathroom. The location was perfect for exploring Custer NP and Mt. Rushmore, and the staff treated us like family. Shoutout to James, who went above and beyond to help us out.

Now, when it comes to breakfast selection, I have one small suggestion. Maybe they could offer a bit more variety, but hey, they did a great job considering the circumstances.

The location of our room was perfect, just a short drive to all of the famous attractions in the area. Despite the hot weather, our air conditioning broke down but the staff promptly provided us with fans to alleviate the situation. Breakfast was excellent and the front desk team were very friendly. Overall I would recommend this hotel to others.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the Black Hills, with a myriad of outdoor activities just waiting for us to experience in the nearby National Parks. The central location of the hotel made it convenient to create an itinerary around the activities we wanted to experience, including hiking the stunning trails like The Door Trail and cycling through the beautiful surroundings.

My wife says that a larger variety of pillows, especially for the kids, would be great for families staying at the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were spacious, especially the family suite, which had a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a bunk bed in the second bedroom. The kitchenette and pull-out couch provided plenty of space for the kids to play. The jetted tub was a nice touch, and the location was perfect for visiting the nearby parks and attractions in the Black Hills area. I also appreciated the breakfast included in the price.

I had a good experience at Rushmore Express & Suites. Although there were a few minor drawbacks like worn pillows and bedding for the pullout, they didn't greatly impact my stay.
