The hotel had a cozy and homey feel to it, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and nearby attractions. The complimentary coffee and tea on the second-floor deck was a nice touch.

Our room was located on a lower level, and when looking out the window, we could see the parked cars in the rear parking lot. The rooms were also a bit dated, and the limited facilities were underwhelming.

The lodge was nicely furnished and comfortable, and the restaurant had wonderful food. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had what I needed.

The spa was extremely small and not enjoyable to use. The morning coffee area was often empty and there was a lack of staff available, especially during check-out.

We had an amazing stay at the Rusty Parrot Inn! The staff was outstanding, always greeting us warmly and offering helpful excursion information. The rooms were spotless and the beds were heavenly. We loved the charming library and the delicious breakfasts served each morning. The inn's location across from a park was lovely, and it was just a short walk to the best restaurants in town. The staff even went above and beyond to help us reschedule our room after a flight cancellation. Applause to the owners and their incredible team!
