The hotel had a cozy and homey feel to it, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and nearby attractions. the complimentary coffee and tea on the second-floor deck was a nice touch.

The rooms were disappointing for the price we paid. Our room was located on a lower level, and when looking out the window, we could see the parked cars in the rear parking lot.

The lodge was nicely furnished and comfortable, and the restaurant had wonderful food. the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had what I needed.

The spa was extremely small and not enjoyable to use. the morning coffee area was often empty and there was a lack of staff available, especially during check-out.

We had an amazing stay at the Rusty Parrot Inn! The staff was outstanding, always greeting us warmly and offering helpful excursion information. The rooms were spotless and the beds were heavenly. We loved the charming library and the delicious breakfasts served each morning. The inn's location across from a park was lovely, and it was just a short walk to the best restaurants in town. The staff even went above and beyond to help us reschedule our room after a flight cancellation. Applause to the owners and their incredible team!

This place is located in a quiet part of town, making it a real plus when Jackson is crowded. I loved how close it was to the downtown area, where there were several activities that turned out to be perfect. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were trained very well on superior customer service and went out of their way to help with every request. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the television, telephone, and CD player added to the comfort of the room. The carpeted floors added a touch of luxury, and the onsite dining restaurant was convenient for a delicious meal.

I also appreciated the delicious breakfast that was provided.

The rooms were in need of updating and some areas could use a bit of maintenance. Additionally, there was no fridge in the room for drinks and snacks, although the staff did provide one when I asked.
